2026 MTF / MSU Field Day Vendor Registration

Base fee:
  • Static display for products, materials, and customer engagement much like a tradeshow booth.
  • 15-Minute Product Demonstration and Talk

Vendors have opportunities to participate in Demonstration Space or Agronomic Alley Vendor Space.  Sponsorships are also welcome for those unable to attend for Demonstration Space or Agronomic Alley.

Vendor Demonstration 

Time: 1:30 pm - 4:00 pm

Cost: $2,500

• 15-minute product demonstration and talk (this will be scheduled and include a write-up in program).

• Equipment: Ideal for mowers, sprayers, drones, autonomous equipment, utility vehicles and more…

• Location: Assigned space based on equipment needs

• Audience: 350–400 attendees

• Visibility: Demo details included in event schedule/handout

• Included Benefit: Signage sponsorship with vendor logo (Options include- Lunch, Registration, Coffee, or Doughnuts- select in sponsorship section)

• Vendor Provides: Tent, chairs, power, signage, audio needs and promotional items

SETUP: All vendors must be fully set up on Tuesday August 11th between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. (MTF does not want vendors to distract from the morning talks with vendors setting up their booths.) Vendors are responsible for suppling everything they wish to have in their chosen space (MTF will provide a table).  Event map will be shared once layout is finalized

Agronomic Alley Vendor Space

• Cost: $1,000

• Time: 11:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

• Space: 20’ x 20’ in Agronomic Alley 

• Purpose: Static display for products, materials, and customer engagement much like a tradeshow booth.

• Included: One table and choice of sponsorship signage with vendor logo (Options include- Lunch, Registration, Coffee, Doughnuts- select in sponsorship section)

• Vendor Provides: Tent, chairs, power, signage, and promotional items

*Early Registration ends 12pm on August 11th.  On-Site registration adds $5 to both am and pm sessions.

MSU Turfgrass Field Day, Aug. 12, 2026

There are two research tours for attendees to choose from in the morning; golf turf and lawn/athletic fields tour. Each tour will be 2 hrs. in length. The afternoon will feature a new Vendor Showcase!

Sponsorship only options

Vendors unable to attend but willing to support the MTF Field Day are welcome  to provide sponsorships for the event.  Sponsorship options are $500 each and include: Lunch Sponsorship / Registration Sponsorship / Coffee Sponsorship / Doughnut Sponsorship
